Painting - The Nameless and the Name

' The Nameless and the Name'
41 by 50 cm
Acrylic on canvas

I do not want to be
for when I am
a Thing - any thing
all other modes of you
are dormant in me

Not a Thing
Not even a thingless thing.

When I am a Thing, I become
a container of limitation.

When I am not be-coming any Thing
reciding in the silence
uncontrived
what more
to be said

Sulea your art is awe inspiring. These two pieces are special. Life is a little less full this week and I plan to send you a long mail. Meanwhile it was a camp hi-light to meet you.

AWESOME Sulea. I love the white colour scheme you've used.

I loved seeing the bottom one you made at camp Sulea, I can certainly appreciate the depth of your paintings now I've been able to view them up close & personal. Love the white colour scheme too. Your words are also very haunting and suit these two pieces perfectly!

I agree with Julie, Nat and Kelsey. Your art is so inspiring. I love the white colour scheme. It fits the subject matter perfectly.
There is always so much feeling in your art..

The silence is deafening in your work Sulea - so quiet yet so explosive with emotion. Two beautiful pieces and such charged words which make us all think. Hugs, Carmel xxx
